**Brick SMTP Authentication Settings**
Beginning October 23rd, 2007, all email accounts will need to have the SMTP Authentication turned on, and must also use the full email address as the login username.

Changes to Billing Services
Beginning January 1, 2003 all billing related calls will be handled at either
of the following numbers: Local to St. Louis 314-655-7700; Toll Free
800-638-6373 (800-NET-NERD). Additionally, billing inquiries may be submitted
via e-mail at billing@accessus.net, or via
fax 314-655-7701. The Billing Care Center is open from 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Monday - Friday.
