The following are step-by-step instructions for configuring e-mail filters through the webmail interface. If you have any questions or difficulties, please feel free to contact Technical Support.

1. Launch Internet Explorer or Netscape Navigator
   Type in http://mail.accessus.net/ and press enter.
   
   
   
2. Type in your e-mail address in the E-mail address: field.
   Type in you password in the Password: field.
   Click on the Login button.
   
   
   
3. Once you are logged in, click on the Mail Filter button at the top of the screen:
   
   
   
   
4. The Mail Filter section displays your current rules.
   Type in a name for the filter next to the Add Rule button.
   This example uses [BULK-H] as the filter name.
   Click the Add Rule button to add the new rule.
   
   
   
   
5. You should now see the rule name with an Edit link to the right of it.
   Click Edit to continue.
   
   
   
   
6. The next screen displays the options for creating mail filters.
   Please read these points for any help in configuring future filters.
   We will go straight into entering information from here.
   Skip past the points and start at Filter By:
   
   
   
   
7. These steps will help to delete mail messages:
   Under Filter By select Subject.
   Under Operation select is.
   Under Keyword type in what you want the mail program to look for. If you want to delete ALL high-probability spam, type in [BULK-H].
   (For medium probability spam type in [BULK-M], for low probability spam type [BULK-L] (not recommended))
   To delete any message with the Keyword in its subject, select Discard under the Action menu.
   Click on Update.
   
   
   
   Now all messages that arrive in your inbox, that have [BULK-H] in the subject, will be deleted.
