Outlook allows you to control the destination of incoming email based
on several different user defined criteria which are implemented in
the "Rules Wizard". One of these "Rules" takes all
messages with a certain word or words in the subject line and sends
them to a specified folder. You can use this rule to take all messages
with [BULK-?] in the subject line and delete them or send them to a
SPAM folder that you can create. This will help keep your Inbox less
cluttered with unwanted email. You can check your SPAM folder once a
day or so to quickly see if there are any emails of interest to you.
Then you can clean out this folder by deleting all the emails.
