Once basic troubleshooting determines that we need to open a trouble ticket with the CLEC, the Access US technician will create a ticket containing a detailed description of the issue and the troubleshooting steps taken. Your availability may be needed to speed up the repair process if a dispatch is required. After the trouble ticket is opened, the support tech will contact the CLEC to do further testing and troubleshooting. Access US will work directly with the CLEC to help resolve the problem.
