The router will continuously time out and sync back up by itself or
after a power reboot
The support tech will check the router event history and record how
frequently the line is bouncing. You will need to verify that the router
is not bouncing due to Electromagnetic Interference. Make sure the router
is at least 2 feet from any power supply, computer, monitor and/or fluorescent
lighting.
Bouncing issues often require a trouble ticket
with the CLEC to be opened to further diagnose and resolve the problem.
