an e-mail.
The number one problem getting online is the use of incorrect syntax
for the username. When entering your username and password, you must
have the domain name (@accessus.net, @anet-stl.com, @tetranet.net, @dialnet.net,
or @busprod.com) to logon. Without having the domain name at the end
of the username (should look like an e-mail address, e.g. username@accessus.net)
you will not be able to logon.
